Fit Friends is a fun and supportive program where young people with disabilities stay active, build confidence, and learn life skills through fitness, friendship, and cooking healthy meals together.

Our Teens Night Program is all about fun, friendship, and connection! Designed for young people aged 13–18 of all abilities, it’s a safe and inclusive space to hang out, build confidence, and head out on exciting social outings and group activities—all while being yourself and making great memories.

Our 1:1 support is tailored to each individual, providing personalised care that empowers people with disabilities to achieve their goals, build independence, and live life their way—with consistency, compassion, and genuine connection.

Our respite camps are packed with adventure, connection, and good times. Designed for young people with disabilities, they offer fun group activities, exciting outings, and a safe space to build confidence and independence.​
