Four straightforward steps. You'll speak directly to a Director, not a call centre, and we'll figure out together what's right for your family.

Reach out to us

Call, email or fill in the enquiry form. Tell us a little about the participant — their age, what kind of support you're looking for, and how their NDIS plan is managed. No forms to complete first, just a conversation.

We talk through your goals

One of our Directors will call you back — usually the same day. We listen to what the participant wants to achieve, what hasn't worked before, and what a good support arrangement looks like for your family. No pressure, no sales pitch.

We match and confirm

We match the participant to the right worker and confirm the funding line in your NDIS plan. We'll send a simple service agreement and walk you through everything before any sessions begin. You're never locked in.

Supports begin

Your first session is relaxed — getting to know each other, building comfort and mapping out a plan together. After a few sessions we check in with families to make sure things are working and adjust if needed.

We support self-managed and plan-managed participants.

NDIS Plan Types We Accept

  • Self-managed — full flexibility, you claim directly or we invoice you
  • Plan-managed — we invoice your plan manager, no paperwork for you

We are not yet a registered NDIS provider. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants only. NDIA-managed funding cannot currently be used. NDIS registration is targeted for Q3 2026.

Referring a participant?

We work directly with support coordinators. We can confirm funding compatibility, discuss participant fit and provide a clear outline of how we deliver supports before any referral is made.

All workers hold current NDIS Worker Screening clearances, Working with Children Checks and first aid certifications.

We're responsive — call or email and we'll get back to you the same day.

What to have ready

  • Participant's first name and age
  • How their plan is managed (self-managed or plan-managed)
  • Relevant goals from their NDIS plan
  • Any support needs or considerations we should know about
  • Preferred location and schedule (rough is fine)
