Good to know

How Friday nights and weekend outings work

We do the driving

  • Door to door pick up and drop off for every Friday evening program and weekend outing.
  • Times are confirmed closer to each activity.
  • Our staff are with the group the whole time.

What to bring

  • Water bottle.
  • Comfortable clothes and enclosed shoes.
  • Any medication you need.
  • Companion Card, if you have one.
  • Spending money if you want it, for snacks or optional extras.
  • Swimmers, a towel, a hat and sunscreen on water days.

Costs and invoices

  • Activity entry fees are paid by families and are not NDIS funded.
  • One invoice for the whole term, sent once your place is confirmed. Pay it in one go or week by week.
  • Support hours are funded through your NDIS plan as usual.

Tell us what changed

  • If your child's support needs have changed, let us know before the activity so we can plan properly.
  • A quick call or email is enough.

Not with us yet and want to come along? Get in touch or call 0403 619 837. Empower supports self managed and plan managed NDIS participants.
