Support that fits around you, not the other way around.

Beyond our group programs, we provide flexible 1:1 supports tailored to your goals. Community access, life skills, camps and mentoring, built around what matters to you.

Flexible, individualised and goal-focused.

Not everyone wants or suits a group program. Sometimes you need a consistent 1:1 worker, a specific skill built, or help working toward a particular goal that matters to you.

Our individual supports are fully planned around each person. We look at your goals, your NDIS plan, your schedule and your preferences. We build support that's actually useful, not just billable hours.

All supports are delivered by trained, screened workers with NDIS Worker Screening clearances, Working with Children Checks and first aid certifications.

NDIS Funding for Supports

Individual supports can typically be funded through:

  • Core — Assistance with Social and Community Participation: Community access, outings, social skill building
  • Core — Assistance with Daily Life: Life skills, daily routines, personal independence
  • Capacity Building — Increased Social and Community Participation: Goal coaching, skill development, independence building

We support self-managed and plan-managed participants. Empower is not yet a registered NDIS provider, so NDIA-managed funding cannot be used. NDIS registration is targeted for Q3 2026. Not sure which funding you have? Reach out and we'll work through it with you.

Four flexible support types.

Each one is delivered by a matched, consistent support worker and built around the participant's goals and NDIS plan.

Not sure which is right?

Group programs run on a fixed schedule: same time, same group, week after week. They're great for building social connection and routine with peers.

Individual supports are flexible and fully personalised. Sessions happen when and where suits the participant, with a consistent 1:1 worker focused entirely on their goals.

Many of our participants do both — a group program for the social side, and 1:1 supports for specific goals. We'll help you figure out what makes sense for your plan.
