What We Run
Programs for Every Age and Stage
Seven group programs across Western Sydney, running weekly, fortnightly and monthly, plus 1:1 mentorship, school holiday programs and respite.
About Our Programs
Built around connection and real outcomes.
Small groups, familiar workers and activities people actually want to do. That's what makes the difference.
Our group programs run weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on the cohort. Small group sizes mean workers can give real attention to every participant. Our 1:1 mentorship option is fully individualised.
All programs are delivered by trained, screened support workers with NDIS Worker Screening clearances, Working with Children Checks and first aid qualifications.
NDIS Funding
Our programs can be funded through your NDIS plan under:
- Core: Assistance with Social and Community Participation
- Capacity Building: Increased Social and Community Participation (where appropriate)
Funding options include:
- Plan-managed: We invoice your plan manager directly.
- Self-managed: We invoice you and you claim through the portal.
- NDIA-managed: Not currently available. Empower is not yet a registered NDIS provider. NDIS registration is targeted for Q3 2026.
Not sure what funding you have? We're happy to help you work through it. Reach out.
Programs as Pathways
Every program is part of a bigger journey.
We don't run programs for their own sake. Each one is a deliberate stage in a young person's journey from first connection through to independence and confidence.
First connections. A safe, structured group where young people feel included and accepted before anything else is asked of them.
Building belief through skills, friendships and small wins. The shift from showing up to starting to own it.
Independence and identity. Real routines, community access and the confidence to navigate adult life on your own terms.
Work readiness, employment pathways and stepping into a leadership role in the community. Coming 2028.

Beyond the Group Programs
Not everyone fits a group. We also provide individualised supports that work around your life.

Enquire Now →Referring a participant to Empower?
We're happy to work directly with support coordinators. We can provide a program overview, confirm funding compatibility and discuss which program is the best fit before a referral is made. Our programs are typically funded under Core: Assistance with Social and Community Participation, with capacity building options available under Increased Social and Community Participation where appropriate.
We currently support self-managed and plan-managed participants. Empower is not yet a registered NDIS provider, so NDIA-managed funding cannot be used. NDIS registration is targeted for Q3 2026. Call us on 0403 619 837 or email programs@empowercaresolutionshub.com.au and we'll get back to you the same day where possible.
Getting Started
How to Join
Three simple steps to get started. No long wait times, no confusing intake processes.
Reach Out
Call us on 0403 619 837 or fill in the contact form. You'll speak directly to a Director, not a call centre. Tell us a bit about the participant and what you're looking for.
Intake and Planning
We'll talk through the participant's goals, preferences and NDIS funding. We match them to the right program or worker and confirm all the logistics before anything starts.
Meet and Start
We run a meet-and-greet before the first session so nothing feels unfamiliar. When the participant is comfortable, they start. We check in with families regularly from day one.
